Children are consequence receivers. But as they grow up, they come to understand that they are capable of decision making and begin to execute choices concerning their lives. Around the time their choices begin to have a bearing on their life, they go through far too many changes - physically, psychologically and emotionally.

Constructing anew is always better than demolishing and reconstructing. Alma Mater believes that learning is easier than unlearning. The Adolescence Program catches them young - when attitudes begin to take shape, but before mindsets form. The Adolescence Program guides these young adults, works on their self-esteem, helps them discover their potential and instils in them the confidence to achieve what they want. It teaches them to respect their individuality, develop harmonious relationships, gives them an understanding of life that suits their age and shows them how to handle life's challenges.
